Return Policy
We will replace any defective item. There is a 20% restocking fee for the return of non-defective items. Contact us at mail@securelywrapped.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization number. This number must be written on the outside of the box. There must also be a note in the box explaining the problem. Returns received without a note will result in a longer processing time.

RETURNS THAT DO NOT HAVE RMA#s ON THE LABEL WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO SENDER

Once your item is packaged with a note explaining the return, address the box to:

Once a return is received, we will determine whether or not it is defective and then process your request.

Backorder Policy
We will inform you if an item is out of stock and on backorder. If you have several items in your order, we will send the rest and ship the backordered item when it comes in at no extra charge. You will not pay shipping twice.
